Tutoring for the 2024-2025 school year officially came to an end on May 22nd. Students enjoyed popsicles, playing games with tutors, and a walk up to the Laingsburg Public Library. While there they were able to vote on artwork, read books on their own or to each other, and play a few games. It was a fun and relaxing way to end our year of tutoring.
Since tutoring concluded for the school year, we've been planning a Literacy Night and are excited to host families at The Connection for a day/evening of fun. Students will have the opportunity to "Escape the School" by completing five challenges at a K-5/6 grade level of their choosing. These challenges include puzzles, secret codes, reading/comprehension questions, identifying parts of speech and more! Be sure to check back here, or on Facebook for a date.
